So I was sitting in the bathroom playing Final Fantasy on the DS and I started to think about this generation of games and systems. Then it hit me. I should make a weekly feature and talk about all the bullshit that pisses me, along with everyone off. I think I will call it “The Weekly Finisher”.

I dunno, I might change the name later. Anyways the thing that is bothering me right now is developers and their bullshit excuses. The Nintendo Wii to the Xbox 360 and the PS3. Devs talk about how they have so much more power with the PS3 and 360 but the Wii doesn’t have that much to work with. Honestly, if I could make excuses about every thing in my life my septic tank would be backed up right now. The best graphics on the GC came from very few developers. One being Factor 5, Nintendo (obvious), and Capcom. These are ofcourse my opinions and there could be other games that also shine but this is my editorial and my selections.

Rogue Squadron was a beautiful game. It still eclipses many others in its path. Yet even after so many years it looks way better than the shit devs are putting out on the Wii now. Nintendo… well I’ll get to them in a minute. Capcom, well they did Resident Evil 4 and I love them for that. Then they ported it over and I hate them for that. Then they give RE 5 to the other two systems and I hate them even more for that. Seriously, I don’t care if the other two systems could produce graphics that shine and glimmer, I want a game that is hella fun. RE 5 with Wii-mote gestures sounds fun. But no, we get Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles. I guess going to the Arctic and fighting zombies in the snow is better for us Wii gamers rather than going to another nation and killing off their African American community. Yea, I don’t care if you say they are Haitians… they still are black to me and anyone else. Damn discriminating Japanese. But thank you for Zack and Wiki despite the retarded name.

Now for Nintendo. Ok here we go with the big developer in the spotlight of the holiday season. First of all, you know I love you guys but you guys need to make Wiis faster. I don’t care if you have to get kids from third world countries to help. Also you need to take Mario Party away from Hudson. Copy and pasting is cool in Microsoft word but not in games. Except pictochat. Take that away from them and stop being so damn stubborn. You guys don’t think that a hard drive for the Wii is a good idea? Seriously, you guys didn’t put a lot of space within the Wii to support the VC games. 512mb was a huge number… about ten years ago. Now I have photoshop files 1/5 the size of that. You must include a hard drive. It stores data. It is good. Not the work of the devil. Water spirits will not come out of a well and kill you if you include it in your later consoles. It is hypocritical to talk about making consoles accessible to everyone, then saying that you must use SD cards to rotate and store data. So for old people who don’t know what SD cards are they must somehow find out what it is and use it. Sorry, I think they’d rather just stick to Wii Sports and their apple sauce. That might not be a bad thing, but they won’t be buying VC games anytime soon.

Also, where the hell is my voice chat feature for the Wii? You guys were smart to include a mic feature on the DS but you can’t implement the same feature in the Wii. Well isn’t that just stupid. I use to play Halo 2 online and let me tell you, it was fun. No, it was a blast. Aside from the stupid kids who nag and shit, it had it own perks. Hearing someone’s voice as you gun them down is rewarding. Stop with this pedophile privacy protection shit. I was a teen when I was on XBL and the closest thing I got to a pedophile was when I shot an annoying kid in the head then teabagged him. You guys are being stuck up and this has my faith wavering. I know that change can be bad sometimes, but in this case you need to just do it. The fans want it. Give it to us like Brannigans Love, hard and fast.

- Atari needs to lose the DBZ franchise

- Activision suck ass for the mono sound in GHIII

- Wild Earth: Africa Safari for the Wii… gotta love originality. How about “Wild Earth: Illegal Alien Round-Up”

- GameStop Raincheck Program or just bullshit… I smell something foul

- If Midway bitches about poor sales of Cruisn’ on the Wii well… you shouldn’t shit on a DVD disc and try to pawn it off as a game.

- The Golden Compass game … Sega what happened to you? Was it the speed? The weed?

- Renegade Kid make a sequel to Dementium and show the power of good programming

For the other stuff… meh.

Another week gone buy. So much bullshit but hopefully it gets better.
