Renegade Kid has another DS game - “Project M”

Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

Renegade Kid working on another game. Awesome and that is the word that describes Dementium as well which I have been playing.

Video game publisher Mastiff announced today that they have signed a deal with developer Renegade Kid to publish their next title for the Nintendo DS(tm). Utilizing Renegade Kid’s sophisticated 3D engine, the title (working title, “Project M”) will deliver high-quality 3D visuals, intuitive controls, real-time lighting, and dynamic audio.

“Renegade Kid has proven that the DS is not just a platform for kiddie games,” said Bill Swartz, Head Woof of Mastiff. “With skillful use of audio and controls, the developer created a truly creepy experience in Dementium: The Ward. We’ve seen enough of their latest project to know that they have much more in store.”

“We’re thrilled to be working with Mastiff,” said Jools Watsham, Owner and Creative of Renegade Kid. “The company hand-picks great gaming experiences and knows how to work with developers so everyone wins.”

BEE MOVIEâ„¢ GAME

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Based on the upcoming DreamWorks Animation movie written, produced by and starring Jerry Seinfeld, Bee Movie™ Game allows players to race, chase, fly and blast their way through the adrenaline-fuelled world from the feature film and beyond. As the witty and courageous Barry B. Benson, gamers are propelled on an exciting adventure to save the bee’s production of honey.

KEY FEATURES:
All the Action from the Film and More – Play as Barry B. Benson and live in the dynamic Bee Movie™ Game universe with seamless graphics from film to game. Built native on the next-gen consoles, the game’s animation system brilliantly captures Barry’s lighting-fast pace while he’s chasing targets, engaging in aerial dogfights and dodging deadly raindrops.

Play in the Bee World and the Human World– Enjoy an endless stream of fast-paced fun and adventure as you experience life from a bee’s perspective in Barry’s waxy home-town of New Hive City, an immersive and bustling wax city built by bees that is located inside a Central Park beehive. Embark on your adventure in the human world as you adventure through New York City with your hi-tech bee gear including the star-of-the-art collecting tool called “The Pollinator” & your super secret spy camera.

Race, Chase, Drive and Blast! – In New Hive City, burn rubber in exciting race car challenges and take on driving missions in a variety of cool bee vehicles. Then, venture out into the human world as you experience thrilling chase sequences that take place throughout New York City.
